It is very important to ensure our visions align! During this consultation, we get a good understanding of what it is you're looking for. Key points discussed in the consultation will include:

1. Your Goal - upgrading to sell, your dream renovation, more storage, etc.
2. Scope of work - What is the job specifically?
3. Budget - We need to know what our Parameters are
4. Timeline - Are you ready or preparing for a future commitment?
5. Is our company the best fit for you?

With the information provided, Our team will get to work to provide you with the most accurate and transparent price we can offer, based off of your preferred budget.

You have met the team and accepted the price, now it's time to get to work! During this phase, our client orientated team will do it's best to ensure this goes as smoothly, mess and stress free as possible.

Despite our best efforts, there will always be a lingering mess during and after the project. Perennial Homes includes Post-Construction cleaning with all of our renovation projects. This is done by partnering with local cleaning companies for post construction clean-up.

We have finished the scope of work, cleaned site and all is complete. You have now gotten through the inconvenient, but worth it, renovation. We thank you for choosing to be a part of our portfolio.
