1. IN DEPTH CONSULTATION
During this consultation, we will go over everything about you, your goal, your vision as well as our intentions with your home build.
2. LOCATION DETERMINATION AND OPTIONS
Don't yet have land?
Choosing your neighborhood is an important part in this process, this needs to be complimentary to your way of life. We will do our best to ensure you make a confident and educated decision.
3. LETS PUT YOUR HOUSE ON PAPER
This is where you choose or create your home, by determining your house plans. Our team will be by your side to ensure your input every step of the way.
4. TIME TO DESIGN
With the help of our designers, you will begin to bring your space to life. At this stage, you will work out all of the details. From the color of your cabinets, flooring, hardware, paint colors, trims and everything in between! Don't worry, we'll make it as stress-free as possible!
5. LETS GET TO IT
Now it's time to build this house! This is where we break ground and start your build. Throughout this stage, communication and patience are key to a smooth as possible process.
6. BUILD MEMORIES TOO
This is a huge deal, building your home is likely the largest commitment you will make. Please feel free to schedule regular site visits to really capture and enjoy your building process!
7. EARN YOUR APPROVAL
At this point, the stress is gone, the wait is almost over. You will walk through your finished home with a manager/owner to approve of the project.
8. THE HOME IS YOURS
That's it, it is finally the day where you receive the keys, the house is yours. Time to step into your new and incredible home!
