Soaring Way Outdoor Upgrades

Perennial Homes was reached out to by Linney Landscaping to aid in an exterior transformation of a beautiful property in Hammonds Plains. With this project, we tackled a large and spacious shed, a staircase coming off of the main deck with a railing to match. Lastly, a 500sqft deck at the water with access to the dock. 

We love these outdoor projects and cannot wait until the next one!

The Westfield Renovation

Mr. & Mrs House reached out with their vision, this vision included a composite deck with a complimentary glass railing, that really transformed the front of their home. 

After the deck, we moved into the home to transform their kitchen, out with the old and in with the new! the vision of Mr. & Mrs. House paired with the craftsmanship of the Perennial Homes team, we were able to provide them with an eye catching, modern kitchen, that will serve the House family well for years to come.

Albro Lake Apartments

On this project we were hired by BlackBay Real Estate Group, to transform one of their building's in Dartmouth. This renovation included:

 - Board and Batten siding
 - Vinyl Dutch lap siding 
 - 100+ Windows and doors
 - An impressive 4000sqft of soffit
 - Over 600 linear feet of fascia
 - A 700sqft flat roof
 - and topped off with two decks

Needless to say, this project turned out great and the building looks amazing!
